Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a credit to be used online if returned within 10 days of receipt by mail or by local delivery. All JEWELRY and items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your return must be postmarked no later than 10 days after the receipt of your order. Once we have received your package, your online store credit will be issued within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or worn merchandise may not qualify for a refund.

We charge $7 for standard shipping and handling on most orders under $150. Orders are shipped from Towson, Maryland by USPS within 48 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Mason-Mayes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You have the right to cancel your order anytime before it ships.
While our intent is to always have inventory up-to-date online, sometimes computers make mistakes and inventory may be sold in-store while you are checking out online. We do our best to make sure this does not happen, but we cannot always guarantee that items are in-stock online.
