We are committed to the quality of all our brands and we want you to be in LOVE with your purchases from MM! But hey, we get it. Everyone makes mistakes.

RETURN POLICY

Full-priced merchandise may be returned unworn with tags attached within ten days for in-store credit only. 
All swimwear, bodysuits and sale items are FINAL.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. Mason-Mayes reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

SHIPPING

We charge $7 for standard shipping and handling on most orders under $150. Orders are shipped from Baltimore, Maryland within 48 hours. Mason-Mayes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You have the right to cancel your order anytime before it ships.

ONLINE INVENTORY

While our intent is to always have inventory up-to-date online, sometimes computers make mistakes and inventory may be sold in-store while you are checking out online.  We do our best to make sure this does not happen, but we cannot always guarantee that items are in-stock online.
